crab beignet, crushed peas, spring onion & sundried tomato fricassee

  Pan-fried fillet of Sea Bass 
herb crushed potatoes, little gem, mussel & celeriac chowder          

Seared loin & confit belly of Pork
grain mustard dauphinoise, roasted vegetables, hispi cabbage 

 Braised shin of Beef
horseradish mash, kale, roasted carrots, Madeira jus 

Hazelnut & Pine Nut roast 
poached hens egg, roasted vegetables, savoy cabbage, celeriac puree

Warm Chocolate Fondant  
chocolate chip brownie, creme fraiche ice cream, dark chocolate soil

Passion fruit Mousse
 white chocolate soil, raspberry sorbet, passion fruit puree
