celeriac & apple remoulade, white truffle mayonnaise, char-grilled asparagus, mixed pea salad
CBalotine of local Ham Hock,
pickled shallots, onion puree, honey mustard dressong,  shallot rings

Roasted fillet of local Pollock, 
wild garlic corquettes, lobster tempura,  crushed peas,   butternut squash:- sautee & puree


Roasted rump & braised leg of West Country Spring Lamb,
parmentier potatoes,  fricassee of little gem, mint, broad beans & asparagus,  Madeira jus

Hot Chocolate Fondant,
 amaretto ice cream,  black cherry compote,  cherry coulis,  frangipane crumb

Cheese Board
two West Country Cheeses,  with home-made  biscotti
