sauteed samphire, tomatoes & brown shrimp, olive crushed new potatoes, baby globe artichokes, leek puree, chive oil

 
Roasted rump & braised shin of 28 day matured Kittow's Beef,
fondant potato, creamed cabbage, sauteed wild mushrooms, cep puree, truffle jus
 
White Chocolate Mousse,
