STARTERS

Chef’s Soup of the day

Crayfish & Scallop Cannelloni,  
     concasse tomato, compressed cucumber, rocket, tomato gel, tarragon vinaigrette

Confit Duck & spiced Pear Terrine,  duck noisette,  raisin & caper compote

Beetroot & Horseradish Risotto, horseradish noisette, beetroot puree, chive gel

Set Parmesan Custard & Blue Cheese Soufflé,
     baked brie & goats cheese mousse with walnut crumb, celeriac puree, rocket grapes

 

MAINS

Pan-roasted fillet of Cod,
     creamed cabbage, beetroot gnocchi, butternut squash fondant & puree

Pan-fried fillet of Sea Bream,
     lemon mash, spring greens, fricassee of crayfish, sun-blushed tomatoes & spring onion

Monkfish wrapped in parma ham,  
     celeriac, pea & pearl barley risotto,  celeriac puree,  chive gel ( £4 Supplement )

Pork Assiette:- pork loin ~ confit belly~ black pudding,
     wild garlic croquette, roasted vegetables, crushed peas

Seared rump & braised shin of Kittow’s Beef,
     fondant potato, roasted vegetables, savoy cabbage, cauliflower puree

Trio of Cannelloni: - ratatouille ~ spinach & ricotta ~ butternut & truffle,     
     sun blushed tomato,  aubergine croquet
