Cornwall will soon be home to two trampoline parks, and one will be opening close to our boutique hotel and restaurant in Fowey, near Bodmin off the A30. The iBounce Trampoline Park, which already has an outlet in Newton Abbot in Devon, will be one of the biggest play areas for people of all ages in Cornwall.

The facility will have 13 features, some of which are yet to be announced, but may include Virtual Reality play experiences. However, there will definitely be 58 trampolines, a stunt zone, dodgeball, adult fitness classes, and disco nights, allowing up to 70 people to play at one time.

There will also be party rooms and a café for refreshments.

iBounce is the first of the two new trampoline parks in Cornwall to be opened before the end of the year, with Jump4 at Pool opening in early December. The trampoline craze has also taken off in various other locations in the UK, as it is an activity the whole family can enjoy and requires very little skill to get involved with.

Rhys Heavens from RHOK Holdings, which runs iBounce, said: "This is a really exciting all-year-round, all-weather attraction which is something Cornwall is lacking

"Cornwall has got wonderful beaches and outdoor activities but what happens when it rains? We aim to be the ultimate undercover attraction in Cornwall but one that is so good it will attract people from Devon and beyond.

"It is somewhere you can come for the whole day - you can use the trampolines but there will be a lot more on offer too."

iBounce is due to open in late November at Callywith Centre, and will be open from morning to evening. The site at a total space 20,000sq ft is a great place for spending an afternoon out of the rain, when on your holidays in Cornwall.
