This March, Cornwall plays host to a variety of different events to see and take part in across the county. When staying at our luxury hotel in Fowey, why not enjoy one or more of these exciting events?
Boo Beaumont and Walk.Stop.Walk at the Royal Cornwall Museum, March 18 to June 30.
Award winning XRay artist, filmmaker and photographer Boo Beaumont will be showcasing a selection of her portraits and her ground-breaking film 'Metamorph' in a gallery setting in this exhibit.
Tony Plant is an environmental artist and has created a series of drawings, paintings and sketches based on the Cornish coastline - day and night - to be shown at the museum.
A Story of Cornwall at Carnglaze Caverns, March 12 at 7.30pm.
Cornish Bard has created new work called A Story of Cornwall, written for his choir Canoryon Lowen and the folk group Dalla. Forged from the county's great traditions, the piece includes foot-tapping tunes, stirring anthems and whimsical songs of Cornish folklore.
The Canterbury Tales Cornwall Youth Theatre Company, Bodmin College Studio Theatre March 23
Chaucer's The Canterbury Tales is a comedic romp through a collection of classic tales. With fast moving dialogue, the Tales combine humour, tragedy and pathos, and provide an entertaining evening of medieval mayhem.
Duchy Ballet: The Snow Queen at Hall For Cornwall, March 11 and 12.
This popular youth ballet company showcases the great talents of its multiple dancers for its production of The Snow Queen, in the style of 1930s musicals whilst celebrating the gorgeous music of the great George Gershwin.
Zonk FM Miracle Grow Miracle Theatre, touring March 20 to April 3.
Zonk FM is a play written by performer Angus Brown and directed by Tom Adams, a musical comedian, composer and performer. A poignant comedy, it will be a rollercoaster of a show that explores people's reality with fast paces physical humour.
