Paupiette of Cornish Plaice with prawns & soft herbs cucumber & spring onion linguine, light crab & tomato bisque
Ballontine of local Ham hock, served with celeriac remoulade, apple compote, beetroot puree, honey mustard dressing & compressed apple
Roasted fillet of local Haddock, with smoked haddock croquettes, crushed potatoes with thyme & olives, sautéed samphire, confit celery & cherry tomatoes
Confit belly of Cornish Pork, served with bubble & squeak, pancetta, fricassee of baby spring vegetables, leek puree, Madeira jus & pork crackling
Vanilla Pannacotta, served with blueberry financier, mixed fruit compote, strawberry coulis & mini meringues
Strawberry Parfait, served with mini Cornish scones with clotted cream ice cream, strawberry caviar & mint puree
This is just a selection of what is on offer this Mothering Sunday, with the rest of our menu found here. All of our food is freshly prepared with locally sourced produce, and prices are £22 for two courses, or £28 for a three course meal, with the Prosecco served at £3.50 per glass.
