The first of our updated menus is our six course tasting menu. This will give diners the chance to experience the variety of some of our best loved food, presented in smaller portions for those who just can't choose what they want! This menu is available every evening, and well change daily. Below is an example of the menu.
Seared local Scallops,
Accompanied by roasted hogs pudding, butternut squash fondant, bacon & hazelnut dressing
Chicken, leek & butternut squash Terrine,
Crisp truffled hen's egg, creamed leeks, butternut squash puree
Roasted fillet of Sea Bream,
Sautéed samphire, tomatoes & brown shrimp, olive crushed new potatoes, baby globe artichokes, leek puree, and chive oil
Roasted rump & braised shin of 28 day matured Kittow's Beef,
Fondant potato, creamed cabbage, sautéed wild mushrooms, cep puree, truffle jus
White Chocolate Mousse,
Raspberry sorbet, freeze dried raspberries, white chocolate sauce
Two West Country cheeses with home-made oatcakes

Fine dining menu
Our fine dining menu continues to deliver beautifully fresh, local ingredients in a way we are sure all of guests will enjoy. Below is just a sample from the menu, where you can get two courses for £26, or the full three course for £32.50. A wider range of choices can be found on our website here.

Next is our Brasserie evening menu, which offers diners a chance to try a lighter meal in the early evening, if they do not wish to choose from our fine dining menu. The great news about this menu is it still uses all of the same fantastic produce and ingredients found throughout all of our food. Below are a selection of the choices found on the Brasserie menu:
