Crafty Cornwall is a company based in Fowey and it's started offering the chance to visit Fowey Valley Cider's brewery in Golant, the village where The Cormorant Hotel is based.
The course is called from Apple to Barrel and the first one is set to take place this weekend. If it's a success, more will follow.
The course will see guests given the chance to press their own apples, brew up some cider and taste it, before taking it home with them.
Sinead Hanks runs Crafty Cornwall and told the Cornish Guardian she thought the course would be popular.
"Fowey Valley Cider is well known in Cornwall and further afield for its delicious champagne-style cider," she said. "So when we got chatting to the owners of the company we thought this would be the perfect chance to start running a cider making course, which we've actually been thinking about for quite some time.
"We've had lots of people ask if we know where they could do a course like this and previously we had to say we weren't too sure. Now we can say we do!"
